Mary B. Beck, 81, Cinderella, Terry Ann seamstress, cherished time spent with her family

Mary B. Beck, 81, formerly of Denver, passed away Saturday, March 30, 2019 at Zerbe Sisters Nursing Center in Narvon.

She was a daughter of the late Roy and Almanara (Hahn) White. Married in 1956, she was the wife of Edwin S. Beck Jr., who passed in 2012.

Mary worked for many years as a seamstress at Cinderella Knitting Mills; Bareville Garment; Terry Ann manufacturing. She was a former member of Muddy Creek Lutheran Church. While a resident at Zerbe Sisters, she enjoyed doing puzzle books. She loved her husband and family, and looked forward to family events where she could spend time with her grandchildren.

Mary is survived by three children: Sheri Bair (Willard) of Denver, Curtis Beck (Faith) of Stevens, and Douglas Beck of Denver; five grandchildren: Jeremy (Jaime) Bair, Corey (Terri) Bair, Heather (Joe II) Harsh, Cody Beck, Curtis Beck Jr; and eight great-grandchildren: Kaitlyn, Jeremy Jr., Jordan, Ashley, Alyssa, Ryan, Alexis, and LeeAnna.

She was predeceased by four siblings.

A viewing will be held Wednesday, April 3, from 6 to 8 p.m., and the funeral service will be Thursday, April 4, at 10 a.m. All events will be held at Good Sipler Funeral & Cremation Centre, 34-38 N. Reamstown Road, Reamstown. Interment will follow the service at Pleasant View Cemetery.
