Jordan Micah Hoover, 25 days old, of Ephrata, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2016, at his residence.
He was born in Ephrata to Darvin and Marlene (Zimmerman) Hoover.
In addition to his parents, Jordan is survived by paternal grandparents: Frank and Lena Mae (Martin) Hoover of Ephrata; maternal grandparents: John David and Katie (Martin) Zimmerman of East Earl; maternal great-grandmother: Ruth (Zimmerman) Martin of Terre Hill.
Services were held May 2 at Conestoga Mennonite Church, West Earl Township, with Bishop Titus Martin officiating. Interment followed at the adjoining church cemetery. Kindly omit flowers.
