Robert M. Weatherholtz Sr. passed into the arms of the Lord on Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2016, at the age of 83.
Robert was a disabled Korean War Veteran and loving father. He is survived by his brother: Charles Weatherholtz; son: Robert; daughter: Robin; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Robert was a colorful character in the Brownstown area and was known for his outgoing personality, generosity, and love of animals. All his life, he loved anything with an engine. As a retired truck driver, he loved driving and working on cars, trucks, and Harleys.
A graveside service will be held at the Trumbauer Memorial Cemetery, 18 Quarry Road, Leola, on Saturday, March 5, at 11 a.m.; followed by a memorial service to celebrate his life at Carpenter Community Church, 378 Glenbrook Road, Talmage, at noon; with greeting time March 5 following the service.
