Irwin S. Fetter Jr., 87, Denver, Korea vet, worked at F and M Hat, enjoyed biking

Irwin S. Fetter Jr., 87, a lifelong resident of the Denver area, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2015, at Denver Health and Rehabilitation Center.

He was born in West Cocalico Township to the late Irwin S. Sr. and Edith (Kercher) Fetter.

He enjoyed bicycle riding and working crossword puzzles. Irwin served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. In his working years, Irwin was a machine operator for F and M Hat.

Irwin is survived by two brothers: William, husband of Sylvia Fetter, of Denver; and Paul, husband of Dawn Fetter, of Brownstown; and a sister: Marie Kopf of Lancaster.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
