Eugene Miller, 89, Ephrata, Korean War vet, miner for Bethlehem Steel, EAoG member

Eugene Miller, 89, of Ephrata, passed away on Saturday, May 11, 2019, at Moravian Manor, Lititz.

He was born in Suedberg to the late Lloyd and Beatrice (Klinger) Miller, and was the husband of the late Dorothy (Seasholtz) Miller, who passed away in 2006.

He was a member of Evangel Assembly of God. Eugene was a miner for Bethlehem Steel (Morgantown Mines). He was a veteran of the US Army serving during the Korean War.

Eugene is survived by a son: Robert, husband of Janice (Cole) Miller of Ephrata; three grandchildren: Christy, wife of Chris Anderson; R. Eric Miller; Matthew Miller; and a sister: Betty Bernhardt of White Hall.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.

Carol Lynne Martin, 52, WellSpan Ephrata LPN, mother of three, attended Hahnstown UZ church

Carol Lynne Martin, 52, of Ephrata, passed away on Friday, May 10, 2019, at home.

She was born in Ephrata to Rev. John H. and the late Mary Jane (Reich) Fry, and was the wife of Delmas R. Martin, with whom she shared 33 years of marriage.

She attended Hahnstown United Zion Church. Carol was an LPN for WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital for 34 years.

In addition to her husband and father, Carol is survived by three children: Heather L. Martin, fiancée of Tim Martin of Alexandria, Va..; Kimberly S. Martin of Denver; Dylan S. Martin; four grandchildren: Destiny, Paige and Hailey Sweigart; Peyton Martin; a brother: John E., husband of Phyllis (Weaver) Fry of Ephrata; and a sister: Cindy D., wife of Nevin Hoover of Denver.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a niece: Lexy “MJ” Hoover; and a nephew: Dustin Weaver.

Services were held May 15 at Hahnstown United Zion Church, Ephrata, officiated by Rev. Marvin Reich. Interment took place in the Hahnstown United Zion Cemetery.

Bradley Lee Sweigart, 47, Cocalico H.S. graduate, owned Brad’s Cycles, survived by two sons

Bradley Lee Sweigart, 47, of Denver, passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2019, at his home.

He was born in Ephrata to Richard L. and Linda L. (Firestone) Sweigart, and was the husband of Pamela S. (Brubaker) Sweigart, with whom he would have celebrated 23 years of marriage on August 3.

Bradley was a member of Swamp Evangelical Lutheran Church in Reinholds and was a graduate of Cocalico High School. He had been employed at Sweigart’s Garage prior to owning/operating Brad’s Cycles, and anyone that knew him knew how much he loved his Harley.

In addition to his parents and wife, Bradley is survived by two sons: Austin L. Sweigart and fiancée Brooke A. Stover, and Dylin L. Sweigart; two brothers: Chad L., husband of Alissa Sweigart, Jamie L. Sweigart; and two nephews: Jack and Jacob.

Services were held May 18 at Swamp Evangelical Lutheran Church, Reinholds, Pastor Bonnie Oplinger officiating. Interment was in the Swamp Cemetery. Attendees dressed casually and were encouraged to arrive via motorcycle.

Catherine E. Schwenk, 54, of Denver, passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2019, at her home.

She was born in Murray, Ky., to Joe and Sue (Avis) Greenway of Knoxville, Tenn., and was the wife of Douglas F. Schwenk, with whom she celebrated 28 years of marriage on April 20.

Catherine was a 1983 graduate of Wilson High School. She furthered her education at Kutztown University and RACC. She was employed as a barista at Starbucks in Ephrata. Prior to that she worked for Meridian Bank and Reading Hospital. She enjoyed crocheting, photography, cats, the music of Queen, being in the sun, and especially loved her family.

In addition to her parents and husband, Catherine is survived by two children: Sarah J. and Sam R. Schwenk, both of Denver; and a sister: Kelly, wife of Jerry Wysocki of Ypsilanti, Mich.

Services were held May 18 at Roseboro Stradling Funeral Home, Denver, with Chaplain Nilda Roman officiating. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.

Anna R. Hahn, 88, guitarist and singer, homemaker, married 62 years, cherished family

Anna R. (Ecenroad) Hahn, 88, of Akron, passed away on May 17, 2019 at Faithful Living Community.

She was the daughter of the late William Ecenroad Sr. and Minnie (Holsinger) Ecenroad. Anna was the wife of the late Harvey Hahn, with whom she shared 62 years of marriage before his passing in 2013.

Anna was a homemaker and loved spending time with family. She cherished their outings to Hersheypark and Gettysburg. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren always brought a smile to her face. In her younger years, Anna played guitar and sang at county fairs and churches. Her love for music continued into her later life and she enjoyed listening to the Gaither Vocal Band. She will be remembered for her love of her family, music, and gummy bears.

She is survived by her four children: Bonnie Teets and husband Ed, Donna Hahn and partner Jackie Hertel, Terry Hahn, and Cheryl Ackley and husband Russell. Anna is also survived by her three grandchildren: Tracy Salus and fiancé Sean Jacoby, Joshua Ackley and wife Caitlyn, and Megan Lasky and husband Michael; four great-grandchildren: Morgan and Addison Salus, Vivian Jacoby, and Dawson Ackley; and a sister: Arlene Zimmerman.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband: Harvey; her sister: Katherine Good; and her brother: William Ecenroad Jr.

Services were held May 22 at Middle Creek Church of the Brethren, Lititz. Interment was in the adjoining church cemetery.

Hettie M. Wenger, 84, of New Holland, passed away on Friday, May 17, 2019, at her daughter’s residence in Penn Yan, N.Y.

She was born in Caernarvon Township to the late Aaron and Mary (Martin) Martin, and was the wife of the late John M. Wenger, who passed away in 2006.

A homemaker, she was a member of Groffdale Mennonite Church (Groffdale Conference).

Hettie is survived by six children: Aaron Wenger, Mahlon Wenger, both of New Holland; Barbara, wife of David Hoover; Fannie, wife of the late Glenn Hoover, both of Penn Yan, N.Y.; Walter Wenger of Fleetwood; Mary Ann Wenger of Denver; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a sister: Susanna Sensenig, also of Penn Yan, N.Y.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by seven brothers: Jacob, Daniel, B. Martin, Levi, Abraham, Isaac and John Martin; and three sisters: Barbara Hoover, Maria Newswanger and Sara Redcay.

Funeral services were held on May 20 at Groffdale Mennonite Church, Leola, with Bishop Ammon Weaver officiating. Interment took place in the adjoining church cemetery. Kindly omit flowers.

Laura M. Stuck, 75, of Harrisville, W.Va., formerly of Stevens, passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2019, at her residence.

She was born in Nanticoke to the late Marvin and Vera (Diamond) Hartman, and was the wife of the late Richard Lee Stuck, who passed away in 2016.

Laura was formerly a nurse’s aide for Denver Nursing Home.

Laura is survived by two sons, Randy S. Stuck of Ephrata; Richard L. Stuck of Pequea; three daughters: Vicky, wife of John Lawrence of Lititz; Jody M., wife of Earl Keister of Milton; Dorothy A., wife of Roger Daughtery of Harrisville, W.Va.; 19 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and four siblings: Priscilla Wright, Robert Hartman, Ronald Hartman and Calvin Hartman.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son: Lee T. Stuck; and a brother: Marvin Hartman.

Services were held May 17 at Stradling Funeral Homes, Akron, and Conestoga Memorial Park, Lancaster, with Pastor Mike Hunt officiating.

Milagros “Millie” A. Fingerman, 73, of Macungie, formerly of Akron, passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2019, at Hospice & Community Care, Mount Joy.

She was born in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico, to the late John Martin and Generosa (Cardona) Gerena, and was the wife of the late Louis Fingerman, who passed away in 2012.

She was a member of St. Ann’s Church, Emmaus. Millie worked for John Wanamaker’s and various credit unions before retiring. She enjoyed her family, her dogs, crocheting, and the arts.

Millie is survived by a son: Louis Gregory, husband of Kimberly Fingerman; a daughter: Rachel Elizabeth, wife of Bruce Stauffer; a daughter-in-law: Terri Corley Vazquez; 11 grandchildren: Samantha and Erin Fingerman; Zachary, Matthew and Mara Stauffer; Ciera Megginson; Alexis Marie Somerford; Megan Vazquez; Beth, Lanie; and Billie Corley; and seven great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son: Carlos Fingerman and a brother, John Martin.

Services were held May 20 at Stradling Funeral Home, Akron, with Rev. Father John J. McLoughlin C.SS.R. as celebrant. Final commendation and farewell will be private at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.

Patricia A. Sheaffer, 69, Church of LDS member, loved her family and cooking, bell collector

Patricia A. Sheaffer, 69, of Lititz, passed away on Thursday, May 23, 2019, at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital.

She was born in Lancaster to Troy M. and the late Christine M. (Knoll) Bender, and was the wife of the late Bradley M. Sheaffer, who passed away in 2009.

She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Lancaster.

Patricia was a cook. She enjoyed collecting bells and loved going to the mountains and spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren.

In addition to her father, Patricia is survived by four children: Robin, wife of Ken Boyer; Earl Spoo Jr.; Terry Spoo; Kandi Kelley; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 11 siblings: Theresa, wife of Allan Miller; Troy Bender Jr.; Gloria Sword; Carl Bender; Donna Lorah; William Weik; Wesley Weik: Daryl, husband of Candi Weik; Dervin, husband of Corrina Bender; Brenda, wife of Kevin Herr; Tammy, wife of Peter Ruhl; and a sister-in-law: Tara Weik.

In addition to her mother and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother: Lester Weik; and a grandchild.

H. Theda Gonzalez, 81, Weaver’s, Loungewear Mfg. worker, dedicated to her family, excellent cook

H. Theda Gonzalez, 81, of Stevens, formerly of Boulder Hill Road, Mohnton, died peacefully on Tuesday, May 21, 2019, surrounded by her family.

Born in Terre Hill, she was a daughter of the late Henry, Sr., and Jeanette (McGown) Bitler. Her husband, Luis A. Gonzalez, died May 30, 2008.

Theda was a homemaker but she also worked previously at Weaver’s Poultry for 10 years and at the former Loungewear Manufacturing in Hinkletown for 10 years.

She was a member of Forest Hills Mennonite Church, where she joyfully served in the kitchen. She was also dedicated to her family, helped many people in need, took in students from the Teen Challenge program, enjoyed many road trips to Southern BBQ, and was an excellent cook who fed all who were hungry.

Surviving are eight children: Luis R. Gonzalez; Bonita L., married to Luis B. Rosa; Luis A. Jr., married to Karen (Sensenig) Gonzalez; Michael A. Gonzalez; Brenda L., married to Gerald Sensenig; Juanita M., married to Jeffrey Kreider; Teresa M. Breasette; and Maria L., married to Jonathan Boyd; 21 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and four sisters: Anna Habecker, Dorothy Messner, Jeannette Risser, and Debra “Debbie” Kohl.

Preceding her in death is a brother: Henry Bitler Jr.; and a sister: Margaret Bitler.

A celebration of life service was held May 23 at Forest Hills Mennonite Church, Leola, PA.

Titus N. Weaver, 89, farmer and livestock hauler, father to six, member of Springville Mennonite

Titus N. Weaver, 89, formerly of Wabash Road, Ephrata, passed away on Monday, May 20, 2019, at Fairmount Homes, where he had been a resident for four months.

Born Feb. 27, 1930, he was the son of the late Elmer and Anna (Nolt) Weaver, and was the husband of the late Lizzie W. (Hurst) Weaver, who preceded him in death on Nov. 12, 2015.

A lifelong resident of Ephrata, Titus was a farmer and involved in livestock hauling for many years. He was a member of Springville Mennonite Church (Weaverland Conference).

Surviving are four sons: Glenn, husband of Irene (Zimmerman) Weaver; Paul, husband of Ada Mae (Weaver) Weaver; Melvin, husband of Alma (Martin) Weaver; Kenneth, husband of Darlene (Hurst) Weaver, all of Ephrata; two daughters: Esther, wife of Harold Sensenig of Shippensburg; Janet, wife of Jason Groff of Stevens; 29 grandchildren; 79 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; a sister: Mary N. Weaver of New Holland; and two brothers-in-law: Rufus Nolt of Lititz; and Lyman Sensenig, husband of Edna of Stevens.

In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson; a great-granddaughter; a brother: Isaac Weaver; and six sisters: Emma Garman, Nora Wenger, Anna Sauder, Alma Kurtz, Bernice Nolt and Ada Sensenig.

Services were held May 23 at Midway Mennonite Reception Center, Lititz, and Springville Mennonite Church, Ephrata, with Bishop Melvin Martin officiating. Interment took place in the adjoining church cemetery. Kindly omit flowers.

Ruth Harting, 89, of Stevens, passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at The Gardens at Stevens.

She was born in West Cocalico Township to the late Jesse and Martha (Johns) Sawyer, and was the wife of the late Caleb L. Harting, who passed away in 2000.

Ruth was a homemaker who enjoyed sewing, growing saffron, and traveling. In the early years, she worked as a seamstress.

Ruth is survived by a daughter: Crystal, wife of Daniel Lindley of Morgan Hill, Calif.; a son: Clair L., husband of Betty Hehnly of Shawnee, Okla.; four grandchildren: Julia Lindley, Daniel Lindley, J.R. Hehnly, and Angie Rogers; several great-grandchildren; and two sisters: Irene, wife of Elmer Dennis of Mount Joy; and Elizabeth Moyer of Stevens.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother: Amos Sawyer; and two sisters: Mary Trostle and Joyce Bowers.

A memorial service was held May 24 at the Roseboro Stradling Funeral Home, Denver, with Pastor Timothy L. Craven officiating. Interment followed at Mellingers Union Cemetery.

Mary Ellen (Zerbe) DeFrees, 87, of Reinholds, passed away Saturday, May 25, 2019, at Hospice & Community Care, Mount Joy.

She was born in Mohnton to the late William and Katie (Miller) Zerbe, and was the wife of Robert A. DeFrees.

Mary Ellen had been a member of both Muddy Creek Lutheran and Swamp Lutheran Churches. She was a 1950 graduate of Mohnton High School. She was last employed by Weaver Markets, Blainsport for 35 years, and earlier employed at Snyder’s Store in Mohnton. Mary Ellen enjoyed bowling and going to the casinos.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son: Eric DeFrees of Reinholds; a daughter: Lori S., wife of Michael Vicklund of Ephrata; four grandchildren: Jordan, husband of Chrisandra Zimmerman; Melissa, wife of Mark Steiner; Michael and Tyler Sweetwood; three great-grandchildren: Luke Steiner; Zamora and Avelynn Sweetwood.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers: Forrest, Lewis and Edward Zerbe.

A viewing will be held Wednesday, May 29, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Roseboro Stradling Funeral Home, 533 Walnut St., Denver. Funeral and interment services will be private at the convenience of the family.

Ronald Weinsheimer, 86, of Ephrata, passed away on Thursday, May 23, 2019, at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital.

He was born in Akron, Ohio, to the late Oliver and Cora (Lyttle) Weinsheimer, and was the husband of the late Elfi MJ (Markel) Weinsheimer, who passed away in 2010.

Ronald was retired from the U.S. Air Force.

Ronald is survived by two sons: Mark F., husband of Shari (Richards) Weinsheimer of Ephrata; Frank R. Weinsheimer of Jupiter; a daughter: Monica Weinsheimer, also of Ephrata; six grandchildren: Brandy (Jose) Delgado, Michael McHenry, Jeremy Weinsheimer, William Mitchell, Melissa Weinsheimer, Cindy Weinsheimer; four great-grandchildren: Jose Delgado, Olivia Delgado, Kylie McHenry, Joshua McHenry; a brother: Earl Weinsheimer; and a sister: Sherry Weinsheimer.

In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter: Elfi Weinsheimer; and five siblings.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 30, at 1 p.m. at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.

Donald M. Wenger, 88, engineer at Shick, Dental-ez, loved outdoors, Reamstown Fire Co. volunteer

Donald M. Wenger, 88, of Akron, passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2019.

Born in Denver, he was a son of the late John E. and Gladys B. (Burkholder) Wenger. He was the husband of the late C. Virginia “Ginny” (Rathman) Wenger, married for 62 years until she passed in 2012.

Donald graduated from East Cocalico High School, Class of 1948, and attended Wyomissing Poly-Tech Institute. He worked as a manufacturing engineer for 23 years at Shick, Inc., and for 13 years at Dental-ez. He was a member of Salem E & R Church in Reamstown, where he had served as a choir member, elder, and deacon. Donald was a volunteer fireman and ran ambulance for Reamstown Fire Co. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed small game and deer hunting. He and Ginny liked playing cards and eating out with friends. Most of all, Donald enjoyed spending time with his family at Rehoboth Beach, where he would go boating and clamming.

Donald is survived by three children: Marcia A. (Gary) Kreider of Ephrata; Theresa F. (Ronald Jr.) Frisbie of Akron; and Ronald S. (Lisa) Wenger of Cape May, N.J.; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a sister: Susanne Close.

He was predeceased by his brother: John E. Wenger Jr.

Services were held May 29 at Good Sipler Funeral & Cremation Centre, Reamstown. Interment will be at Salem Union Cemetery, Reamstown.

Ruth Z. Musser, 92, ReUzit Shop volunteer, FMF member, loved sewing and quilting

Ruth Z. Musser, 92, of Ephrata, went home to be with her Lord on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at Fairmount Homes, where she resided.

Born in East Earl Township, she was the daughter of the late Eli M. and Emma (Martin) Zimmerman. She was the wife of the late Paul Z. Musser, who passed away in 2016, and with whom she shared 68 years of marriage.

Ruth was a member at Faith Mennonite Fellowship, Stevens. She was active in the sewing circle and volunteered at the Ephrata ReUzit Shop. Her love of sewing and quilting was demonstrated in sharing quilts with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed her flower gardens, gardening and traveling.

She is survived by five children: Eugene, husband of Leane (Bowman) of Ephrata; Joanne, wife of Jay Ginder of Lititz; Janet, wife of Roger Heller of Robesonia; Gerald, husband of Carol (Martin) of Ephrata; James, husband of Brenda (Charles) of Ephrata; 16 grandchildren; and 36 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, Ruth was preceded in death by a great-grandson: Connor Holland; and six siblings: Harvey, Marvin and Leroy Zimmerman; Verna Martin; Emma High; and Elva Martin.

The family wishes to extend appreciation and thanks to the staff of Fairmount Homes for the loving care given to Ruth.

Services were held May 28 at Faith Mennonite Fellowship, Stevens, with interment in the adjoining church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ruth’s memory may be made to Fairmount Homes Sharing Fund, 333 Wheat Ridge Drive, Ephrata, PA 17522.

Deaths of Local Interest – June 5, 2019

Barry L. Coover, 75, of Mount Joy, passed away May 30 at his residence. Barry proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Barry retired from Alcoa in 2009 as a furnace operator. He was a member of the Vagabonds Car Club and the American Legion Post 469 in Wrightsville. Barry enjoyed hunting, fishing, trips to Tennessee, the casino and car shows. His stepsons, Joshua and Jay Delrossi, live in East Earl.

Cheryl A. Fisher, 55, of Adamstown, died peacefully at Lancashire Hall, Lititz, on May 21. She was the wife of Kelso I. Fisher Jr. and the mother of two children, Eric and Tara. Friends and relatives are invited to attend a memorial service on June 22 at 10 a.m. at Gehman Mennonite Church, 127 Witmer Road, Reinholds.

Margie R. Nauman, 87, of Manheim, died peacefully May 31 at Pleasant View Retirement Community. For many years, Margie worked as a secretary for the Manheim Belting Company, now known as Fenner Drives. She was an active and faithful member of Salem United Methodist Church, Manheim; where she was a Sunday school teacher for the children’s department and a member of the United Methodist Women’s Club. Her interests included quilting, canning, and crocheting. A daughter: Lori J., wife of Peter Haldeman, lives in Reinholds.

Harold Krimes, 81, enjoyed raising geese and ducks, oil painting, reading Christian novels

Harold Krimes, 81, of Lititz, passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at UPMC Pinnacle in Lititz.

He was a son of Naomi (Saul) Krimes and the late Martin Krimes. He was the husband of 48 years to Carol (Engle) Krimes.

Harold enjoyed raising animals, particularly chickens, geese and ducks. He also had many dogs, cats and hamsters. He enjoyed oil painting and loved to read Christian novels.

In addition to his wife and mother, Harold is survived by a brother: Ronald Krimes of Ephrata; and three grandchildren: Arisa Krimes, Austin Krimes, and Skyler Krimes.

He was predeceased by his son: H. Gene Krimes; and two brothers: Larry Krimes and Donald Krimes.

Tillie E. (Katzaman) Krall, 95, Binner, Saul Printing Co. worker, enjoyed yard sales, her dog Sammy

Tillie E. (Katzaman) Krall, 95, formerly of Schoeneck, died on May 24, 2019, at Fairmount Retirement Community, Ephrata.

She was born on Dec. 2, 1923, the daughter of Samuel and Annie (Eberly) Katzaman. Tillie was preceded in death by her husband: Leon B. Krall, who passed away Dec. 23, 2003.

She is survived by daughters: Betty, wife of the late Clarence J. Saul, Newmanstown; Joyce, wife of Donald Binner, Schaefferstown; Peggy, wife of Michael Layser, Richland; Linda, wife of Terry Lengel, Lebanon; Suzanne, wife of Richard Wartluft, Myerstown; and a son: L. Robert Krall, husband of Gail, Mount Joy. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; a sister: Patsy, wife of Gerald Ault, Myerstown, life-long friend: Mary Sechrist, Schaefferstown, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Tillie was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.

Tillie was employed by Binner Associates, Van Heusen Shirt, and Saul Printing Company. She was a member of St. Paul’s UCC, Millbach. She was a member of the Richland/Newmanstown Woman’s Club and the Richland Ladies Auxiliary. Tillie was an avid reader. She enjoyed yard sales, playing cards and bingo, and she loved her constant companion, Sammy, her dog.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Robert ‘Bob’ L. Becker Sr., 67, Denver, 41-year Four Seasons produce buyer, history buff, CI sponsor

Robert ‘Bob’ L. Becker Sr., 67, of Denver, passed away Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Hospice & Community Care in Mount Joy.

He was the son of the late John P. and Anna K. (Good) Becker. Bob was the loving husband of 3½ years to Dixie L. (Anderson) Becker.

He graduated from Elizabethtown Area High School, Class of 1969. Bob worked at Four Season Produce for 41 years as a produce buyer. He was a charter member of Marietta Community Chapel and most recently a member of Bowmansville Mennonite Church. He was a member of Gideons International and a devoted sponsor of over 20 children through Compassion International. He enjoyed history and had a vast collection of history books.

In addition to his wife, Bob is survived by a daughter: Jennifer Estelle; three grandsons: Jonathan Noll, Jacob Noll, and George Estelle; a brother: Christian G. Becker of Elizabethtown; a sister: Esther Groff of Lancaster; and a stepson: Daniel Iwanyszyn.

He was predeceased by his wife of 33 years: Rose M. (Flowers) Becker; son: Robert ‘Bobby’ L. Becker Jr.; and sister: Anna Ruth Burkholder.

Viewings will be held Friday, June 7 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Good Sipler Funeral & Cremation Centre, 34-38 N. Reamstown Road, Reamstown, and on Saturday, June 8 from 10 to 11 a.m. at Bowmansville Mennonite Church, 129 Pleasant Valley Road, East Earl. Funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. at the church; interment to follow in Bowmansville Mennonite Cemetery.

Memorial contributions are encouraged, to Hospice & Community Care, 685 Good Drive Lancaster, PA 17601; and Bowmansville Mennonite Church Benevolence Fund, 129 Pleasant Valley Road, East Earl, PA 17519.
