Doris I. Getz, 88, seamstress, mother of two, enjoyed crossword puzzles, reading

Doris I. Getz, 88, formerly of Denver, died Saturday, June 23, 2018 at Manor Care West Reading.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Clay Getz in 1996. Born in Lancaster County, she was the daughter of the late Edna DeForest.

Doris was a seamstress and enjoyed crossword puzzles, jigsaw puzzles, reading, and crocheting.

Surviving is a son: Douglas Getz, two grandchildren: Shawn Good and Sondra Getz; four great-grandchildren; four siblings: Katharine Senft, Patricia Kenney, Louis Frymyer, and Gary DeForest.

She was preceded in death by a daughter: Deborah Getz Good.

A graveside service was held on June 26 at Memory Gardens, Ephrata, with Pastor Brad Haws officiating.

Joy Ann Martin, 71, Reinholds, enjoyed coloring, TV game shows, movies, reading Bible

Joy Ann Martin, 71, of Reinholds, passed away on Saturday, June 23, 2018, at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital.

She was born in Lavelle to the late Monroe E. and Anna (Gurba) Herb.

Joy enjoyed reading the Bible, coloring, watching TV game shows and movies, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by three children: Tina, wife of David Smith of Abbottstown; Regina Martin; and Sean Martin of Reinholds; a stepson: Ted Martin Jr.; eldest granddaughter: Anna, wife of Matt Smith of Ephrata; additional grandchildren: Cory, Cassie, Alex, and Sammy Smith; Gina and Niko Rivera; Teddy Martin; great-grandchildren: Joyanna Martin and Mason Smith; former husband: Theodore L., husband of Mary Martin of Denver; and a stepsister: Allison Herb.

In addition to her parents, Joy was preceded in death by a stepson, Gregory Martin.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.

Mary Louise Rohrer, teacher and librarian, volunteered passionately wherever she lived

Mary Louise Bowman Rohrer passed away May 10, 2018.

She was born Sept. 9, 1922 to E. Myrtle (Reddig) and George Lutz Bowman in Lancaster. Her husband, Warren Rohrer, died in 1979.

She was descended from two early 18th century German settlers in Lancaster County: John Bowman of Ephrata, and Johann Ederhand Riehm, Reamstown. She moved to Sarasota, Fla. from Glenview, Ill., in 1981.

She is survived by three sons: Dr. Mark (Tamara), Jamaica Plain, Mass.; Andrew (Barbara), Palm Springs, Calif.; and Thomas (Wendy), Fair Play, S.C.; six grandchildren: Allison, Kathryn, James, Kelly, Shannon and Maud; six great-grandchildren, one brother: Dr. John H. Bowman (Joanne) of Lancaster; and a sister-in-law: Helen Bowman, Ephrata.

Mary Louise graduated from Millersville University and attended Temple University, Philadelphia.

She was DAR (inactive), a member of the LWV, Sarasota County, Historical Society of Cocalico Valley, St. Boniface Episcopal Church, MOAS Auxiliary, and supported many charities including Planned Parenthood. She was a teacher and librarian. Most of her life was spent volunteering.

In the Chicago area, she was on the board of St. Leonard’s House, a halfway house for parolees, St. Augustine’s Indian Center and the altar guild of St. David’s Episcopal Church in Glenview, Ill., and Bread Basket to Feed the Hungry later in Sarasota, Fla.

She served on the board of Planned Parenthood in the 80s, and was a weekly volunteer at St. Boniface Thrift Shop. At Bay Village she was on the library council and BILL-lite-time learning board.

Emmett L. Hanna, 94, skilled chain woodworker and woodcarver, enjoyed bowling, golf

Emmett L. Hanna, 94, of Akron, passed away on Saturday, June 23, 2018, at his home.

He was born in Little Britain Township to the late Leroy W. and Mary (Brown) Hanna, and was the husband of Mary M (Brown) Hanna, who passed away in 2009.

Emmett enjoyed bowling, fishing and golf. He was a skilled chain woodworker and woodcarver.

Emmett is survived by three children: Emmett Jr., husband of Kathy Hanna of Akron; David Edwin, husband of Karen Hanna of Lewistown; Genevieve, wife of Douglas Ranck of Rothsville; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and a sister: Esther Diem of Narvon.

In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a son: Kenneth Hanna; a grandson; and several brothers and sisters.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 19, from 6 to 8 p.m.at Bright’s Restaurant, 1025 S. State Street, Ephrata Interment will be private at the convenience of the family at Rothsville Lutheran Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, if desired, memorial contributions in Emmett’s memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.

Teal Renée Hackman, 55, EHS grad, Army Reserve vet, was computer operator, sang with family

Teal Renée Hackman, 55, of Lititz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Hackman, of Ephrata, died unexpectedly, in her sleep, on Friday, June 15, 2018.

Besides her parents, Teal is survived by her sister: Taryn R. Firestone (Curtis), of Denver; and her brother: Brentwood K. Hackman, of Topton (Berks County). Also, surviving are her aunt: Yvonne Graham, of Manheim; her uncle: Albert Langenburg of Surprise, Ariz.; and three cousins: Stephen Graham of Myrtle Beach, N.C.; David Graham of Manheim; and Melissa (Graham) Seacat (Gary) of Brevard, N.C. Additionally surviving are her uncle: Jay Hackman; her cousin: Sandra (Hackman) Gephart (Rick); and her niece: Heather Beth Hackman, of Topton.

Preceding Teal in death were her grandparents: both maternal and paternal.

Teal graduated from Ephrata High School in 1980. While in high school she was active in dramatics and performed in several plays. Following graduation, she was employed as a computer operator by several companies. She also served in the U.S. Army Reserve.

As a child, she attended Sunday school and church and later became a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Ephrata. Then, she attended Hope United Methodist Church, of Ephrata.

She enjoyed family gatherings at their cabin in Sullivan County. Teal, her mother, and sister, Taryn, would sing (as her mother accompanied them on the piano) at the little church in Sullivan. The trio also sang at Taryn’s and her mother’s churches. They often sang Bill Gaither songs, which their mother arranged in three-part harmony, with Teal, as first-soprano, her mother, as second-soprano, and Taryn on the alto part.

A quiet memorial service for her family and close friends will be held in the future.

Robert N. Hufford, 83, Hunter Peterbilt mechanic, enjoyed RV trips, tinkering on cars

Robert N. Hufford, 83, of Lititz, passed away on Thursday, June 21, 2018, at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital.

He was born in Akron to the late George F. and Catherine (Leinbach) Hufford, and was the husband of Gloria Fay (Lutz) Hufford, with whom he shared 64 years of marriage.

Robert was a member of Lititz Church of the Brethren. He enjoyed RVing, boating, and spending the winter in Florida. He also enjoyed playing solitaire, doing puzzles, and tinkering on cars.

Robert was a mechanic and a part-time salesman for Hunter Peterbilt in Lancaster.

In addition to his wife, Robert is survived by five children: Debra, wife of Joseph Reinhold of Akron; R. Scott, husband of Carlene (Bomberger) Hufford of Akron; Diane, wife of Greg Baldassarre of Lititz; Ricky, husband of Rose Marie (Myers) Hufford of Brownstown; Ronald, husband of Brenda (Shumaker) Hufford of Lancaster; 13 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. He was the last of his immediate family.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 29, at 7 p.m. at the Lititz Church of the Brethren, 30 W. Orange St., Lititz, with Pastor Eric Landram officiating. A visitation will take place prior to the service from 6 to 7 p.m. Interment will be private ate the convenience of the family at the Mt. Zion Evangelical Cemetery.

Deaths of Local Interest – July 4, 2018

Dustin Earl Brosemer, 30, of Lancaster, died unexpectedly on June 28. A Christian, Dustin was a member of the Forgiven Worship Center, Intercourse. He was a 2006 graduate of Conestoga Valley. He loved God and serving the Lord. Dustin enjoyed spending quality time with his three boys and his family and friends. His interests included sports and working out at the gym. Dustin worked as an assembler for Morgan Corporation, Ephrata.

Amos H. Groff, 100, died June 27 at Landis Homes, Lititz. He served in the Civilian Public Service during World War II. Amos worked at Moore Dairy for 25 years and later he worked for the maintenance department at Millersville University. He was also a farmer his entire life, growing vegetables and selling them at a local farmer’s market. A grandson, Drew S., married to Ashley Landis, lives in Ephrata.

Timothy M. Harvey, 60, of Mohnton, passed away June 23 after a courageous battle with glioblastoma. He was employed as an environmental compliance technician. Tim was an outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was also an encouraging support to his wife’s business, Lorah’s Handmade Chocolates, located in Denver. A son, James Harvey, lives in Bowmansville.

G. Robert Ream, 91, formerly of Bowmansville, died June 28, 2018 at the Zerbe Retirement Community. Robert had worked for the Witmer Company and then was a self-employed plumber for over 20 years. He was a member of the Mount Zion United Methodist Church. He enjoyed being a member of the Gap Male Chorus. Robert was an avid Phillies fan and enjoyed hunting and fishing. His daughter, Brenda, wife of Gary Hornberger, resides in Denver.

Joseph P. Smith Jr., 60, resident of Ephrata, born in New Brunswick, N.J.

Joseph P. Smith Jr., 60, of Ephrata, passed away on Wednesday, June 27, 2018, at Ephrata WellSpan Community Hospital.

Joe was born May 17, 1958, in New Brunswick, N.J., to Joseph P. Smith Sr. and Marie (Disbrow) Smith.

Joe is survived by a sister: Viola (Smith), wife of Thomas Zborowski of Long Valley, N.J.; and a brother: Daniel C. Smith of Ephrata. Also surviving are four nieces.

In addition to his parents, Joe was preceded in death by his brother: Eugene D. Smith of Stevens; and his sister: Rose M. Bakitas of Denver.

Prayers for Joe will be greatly appreciated.

Vickie Lynn Silva-Briones, 46, waitress, enjoyed frogs, spending time with her family

Vickie Lynn Silva-Briones, 46, of Coatesville, passed away on Thursday, June 21, 2018.

She was born in Lancaster to Leta Mae (Unangst), wife of Paul B. Ebersole, of Ephrata; and the late Leonard J. Mink Jr.

Vickie was a waitress. She enjoyed spending time with her family, frogs and the color green.

In addition to her mother, Vickie is survived by her companion of 15 years: David Donald Guest of Coatesville; a son: Ryan Troskoski; two daughters: Tiffany Nicole Mink of Ephrata and Leta Batdorf; four grandchildren: Jayde, Jayce, Danny and Dante; a sister: Jodi, wife of William Brown of Rothsville; and a brother: Christopher Mink of Ephrata.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a grandchild: Ryan; and a brother: Leonard J. Mink III.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 6, at 7 p.m., at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 3 Denver Road, Denver, with Pastor Keith Sweitzer officiating. A visitation will take place prior to the service from 6 to 7 p.m. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.

Lester H. Miller, 79, of Ephrata, passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2018, at home.

He was born in Ephrata to the late Charles H. and Ruth (Sweigart) Miller, and was the husband of Dorothy J. (Heilinger) Miller, with whom he shared 45 years of marriage.

Lester was a truck driver. He served in the U.S. Marines.

In addition to his wife, Lester is survived by two children; three stepchildren; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a sister: Ruth Heck.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two stepchildren; five great-grandchildren; and four siblings.

Betty L. Eckman, 80, Hopeland Mfg. worker, avid cook, seamstress, football and baseball fan

Betty L. Eckman, 80, of Hopeland, died Tuesday, June 26, 2018, while in hospice care at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.

Born in Lancaster city, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Gladys (Fisher) Parmer. She was the wife of the late Ronald C. Eckman, with whom she shared 61 years of marriage.

She was a 1955 graduate of Lampeter-Strasburg High School, was a devoted mother and homemaker, and was employed by Hopeland Manufacturing Company for many years. An accomplished seamstress and cook, Betty Lou cherished her time with family and friends. She enjoyed trips to their Potter County cabin, fishing with her husband, playing bingo and cards, doing jigsaw puzzles, and participating in the Brickerville Leisure Hour club. In later years, she became an avid baseball and football fan, dividing her loyalties between Baltimore and Philadelphia.

Betty Lou is survived by daughters: Karen Haynes, partner of Robert MacDonough, Baltimore, Md.; Kimberly DeLong, fiancée of Joe Peterka, Wernersville; Brenda, wife of Roland Bauer, Fort Myers, Fla.; and sister: Sandra Foulk of New Providence. “Nana” will be greatly missed by grandchildren: Caitlin, Tyler, Mitchell, Tessa, Sara, Sam, Sally, Sophie, Dani, Jennifer, Paul, and Harrison; eight great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A private family service will be held at a later date.

Donald R. Rentschler, 89, music teacher, oboe master, Ringgold Band member, avid golfer

Donald R. Rentschler, 89, of Denver, passed away in Tower Health Reading Hospital on Monday, June 25, 2018.

He was the loving husband of B. Joyce (Sell) Rentschler for 67 years. Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Stephen and Dorothy (Dunn) Rentschler.

Donald was an accomplished musician and a dedicated teacher. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in music from the Pennsylvania State University and a master’s degree in education from Temple University.

He was the first student conductor of the Penn State Concert Blue Band. He mastered the oboe, studying for four years with John de Lancie, the principle oboist of the Philadelphia Orchestra. Donald played the oboe professionally in numerous area musical organizations including the Allentown, Reading and Lancaster Symphonies; co-founded the Reading Woodwind Quintet; and taught instrumental music in the Conrad Weiser, McCaskey, and Governor Mifflin school districts.

He was a member of the Ringgold Band, where he met his beloved wife, Joyce, who was a vocal soloist with the band. He never forgot the first six words he said to Joyce: “Do you have a way home?”

Donald was also an oboe instructor, mentoring students who advanced to distinguished teaching and orchestral careers. Education was important to Donald and he was very proud of his wife and children for their academic accomplishments.

In former years he was an avid golfer who started the Conrad Weiser golf team, played in the Berks County Firemen’s League, and won several local tournaments. Friends and family were important to Donald, and he always looked forward to holiday gatherings with family and regular Thursday lunches at 3rd & Spruce Café with his musician friends. He will forever be remembered for his kindness and generosity.

In addition to his wife, Donald is survived by his two children: Mark S. Rentschler, with whom he resided in Denver; and Shawne K. Moyer, wife of Kirk, of Yardley.

He was predeceased by his sister: Violet Wheeler; and brother: Robert Rentschler.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 7, at 11 a.m. in the Laureldale Cemetery Chapel, 4631 Pottsville Pike, Reading, officiated by Reverend Dr. Elizabeth Kalu. Visitation will be prior to service from 10 to 11 a.m. at the chapel. Interment will follow in the Laureldale Cemetery.

Carl Leroy Meckley, 72, CHS science and physics teacher, Ephrata scoutmaster, active at church

Carl Leroy Meckley, 72, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2018, at his residence.

Carl was born in Seven Valleys on Sept. 8, 1945, a son of the late Lottie M. (Hirsch) and George E. Meckley. He was the husband of C. Beth (Meck) Meckley; they were wed Aug. 18, 2000

He was a member of Faith Church, a graduate of Spring Grove High School and received his master’s degree from Millersville University. He worked as a science and physics teacher at Cocalico High School for 35 years. He was a scoutmaster in Ephrata.

He was a member of the Orwigsburg Lions Club and was very active in the Hope Initiative at Faith Church. He would have celebrated 35 years of sobriety on June 28. He loved hunting with his son and fishing with his friends. Carl adored his grandchildren.

Carl is survived by two daughters: Erika Aldridge; and Cindy, wife of Jarrad Bernitsky; two sons: Brian, husband of Khymn Meckley, of Germansville; and Gary Heim; a sister: Gloria Krebs; and sister-in-law: Adrienne Meckley; and grandchildren: Lucian Meckley, Morgan Aldridge, and Bella Bernitsky.

He is predeceased by his brother: Paul Meckley.

A celebration of life service was held June 30 at Faith Worship Center, Orwigsburg, with Pastor Doug Cresswell officiating. Interment was in Salem Evangelical Cemetery, Orwigsburg.

Maryann Weeks, 72, Denver Fair volunteer, Direct Wire & Cable worker, loved bingo

Maryann Weeks, 72, of Denver, passed away on Wednesday, July 4, 2018, in Oceanview, Del.

She was born in Trenton, N.J. to the late Joseph and Florence (Edinger) Rieszer, and was the wife of George Weeks III, with whom she shared 49 years of marriage.

Maryann had worked for 25 years for Direct Wire & Cable, Denver. She played bingo every week and always looked forward to volunteering at the bingo stand at the Denver Fair. Maryann enjoyed her weekly “coffee group” with friends at Javateas, she enjoyed the beach and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son: George J., husband of Tina Weeks of Roanoke, Va.; a daughter: Candace L., wife of Andrew Keith of Denver; four grandchildren: Owen, Brandon, Sommer and Dylan; and three siblings: Joe and John, Rieszer, and Kathy Skimelis

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother: William “Billy” Rieszer.

Services were held July 9 at the Roseboro Stradling Funeral Home, Denver. Interment took place in the Cedar Grove Cemetery.

Kenneth H. Beamesderfer, 82, Boose worker, former Cocalico Sportsman president, outdoorsman

Kenneth H. “Ken” “Beamie” Beamesderfer, 82, of Liverpool passed away on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at his home.

He was the husband of the late Jean A. Beamesderfer, who preceded him in death on Oct. 29, 2014. Kenneth was born on Aug. 30, 1935 in Heidelberg Township, Lebanon County, son of the late Harry W. and Gretrude E. (Wolf) Beamesderfer.

A previous resident of the Ephrata area, he was formerly employed at Boose Aluminum Foundry in Reamstown and later for Cornwall Aluminum Foundry in Cornwall.

Ken was a member and past president of the Cocalico Sportsman Club; the Hunters Valley Sportsmen’s Association, Liverpool; the Liverpool American Legion Post No. 364; the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge No. 925, Millerstown; and the Newport Social Order of Owls. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Ken is survived by his daughter; Sherry Daye Beamesderfer-Stewart, partner of Larry A. King; and a son and daughter-in-law: K. Scott and Lisa (Snook) Beamesderfer; three grandchildren: Brooke Stewart, Matthew and Amber Beamesderfer; a great-grandson: Elliot Scott Beamesderfer; a sister: Sarah Fetter; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a grandson: Kevin M. Beamesderfer; a granddaughter: Summer Daye Stewart; and 14 brothers and sisters.

Honoring his wishes there will be no services.

Christine L. Richardson, 40, homemaker, enjoyed yoga, arts and crafts, cosmetology, time with family

Christine L. Richardson, 40, of Lancaster, passed away on Monday, July 2, 2018, at JFK Medical Center.

She was born in Ephrata to Kimberly (Mull) Whitmore Patterson and the late Todd Whitmore, and was the wife of Racheed Richardson, with whom she shared 20 years of marriage.

She was a member of Harvest Bible Chapel, Lancaster. Christine was a homemaker. She enjoyed practicing yoga, arts and crafts, cooking, baking, shopping, doing hair and makeup, taking walks and spending time with her children and grandson.

In addition to her husband and mother, Christine is survived by three children: Darius, Maya and Cameron Richardson, all at home; and a sister: Stephanie Adams of Lancaster; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family.

Services were held July 9 at Stradling Funeral Home, Akron, with Pastor David Swift officiating. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.

Brian L. Reese, 63, of Ephrata, passed away on July 1, 2018, at Hospice and Community Care of Lancaster, in Mount Joy.

Born on July 10, 1954, Brian was the son of the late Orville Reese and Rosie (Spurigo) Reese of Ephrata.

Surviving Brian are two sisters: Brenda L. Reese, wife of Lonnie Fultz of Ephrata; and Bonnie L. Robinson of Lititz.

Eugene S. ‘Genie’ Usner, 90, Foxchase groundskeeper, plasterer, enjoyed hunting, antiquing, gardening

Eugene S. “Genie” Usner, 90, of Mount Airy, passed away on Saturday, July 7, 2018, at Keystone Villa.

He was born in Ephrata to the late Harry and Salinda (Shealer) Usner.

Genie was a member of Mellingers Evangelical Lutheran Church, Schoeneck. He worked as a plasterer, and after retirement, went on to work as a groundskeeper at Foxchase Golf Club until the age of 85. Genie loved hunting and going to the cabin in Potter County, he enjoyed antiquing and took great pride in his home and garden.

He is survived by a son: Robert Usner; two daughters: Sally (Daniel) Stahl, Pamela (Anthony) Aeillo; six grandchildren: Jason, Ian (Barb), Emily (Tim), Katie, Adam, and Molly; six great-grandchildren: Chase, Amelia, Tallulah, Scarlett, Ronan and Oscar; and five siblings: Pauline Martin, Carl Usner, Mary Lou Weaver, Harold Usner, and Esther Fuehrer.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister: Ruth DeVerter; and two brothers: Galen and Russell Usner.

A viewing will be held on Saturday, July 14, from 10 to 11 a.m., at the Stradling Funeral Home, 201 Church Ave., Ephrata, followed by his funeral service at 11 a.m., with Pastor Timothy L. Craven officiating. Interment will be in the Mount Airy Cemetery.

The family would like to express their thanks to the staff at Keystone Villa and Hospice and Community Care for the compassionate care shown to Genie.

Walter Luke Gottshall, 97, WWII vet, celebrated folk wood carver, traveler, married for 76 years

Walter Luke Gottshall, 97, of Reinholds, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his wife, close family, and friends on Sunday, July 1, 2018, at Wyomissing Nursing and Rehab Center.

Born on March 9, 1921 in Reinholds, he was the son of the late Luke and Fannie (Klapp) Gottshall. He was the husband of June E. (Fiant) Gottshall, whom he married on April 26, 1941 in Alsace Lutheran Church.

Walter served in the U.S. Army during World War II, where he was a staff sergeant in the Air Army in Luzon. After the war he was shipped to Japan in the Army of Occupation for a year. He was a member of the Reinholds Lions Club and the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen.

He was a well-known PA folk wood carver. Over the years, he participated at the Kutztown Folk Festival, Mercer Museum, Brandywine Museum and various other shows in the area. He and his wife enjoyed traveling, especially to Hawaii and the Catskills.

Walter had three children: a late son, David Gottshall; two daughters: Barbara Strawser and Betsy Brubaker; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Services were held July 6 at Swamp Christian Fellowship Church, Reinholds, with Pastor Craig Frazier officiating. Interment took place in the Swamp Cemetery.

Robert Harold Miller Sr., 84, of Ephrata, passed away Thursday, June 28, 2018, at his home.

He was the loving husband of Dolores (Connor) Miller. He was born Oct. 9, 1933, in Coatesville and was a veteran of the United States Army.

Surviving are his wife: Dolores (Connor) Miller; five sons: Steve F. Miller, David J. Miller (wife Kathie), John F. Miller, Kevin G. Miller (wife Ileana), and Timothy E. Miller (wife Tina); two daughters: Susan M. Eisenberger, and Tina M. Miller; eight grandsons: Phillip Nguyen, Daniel Miller, Shawn Miller, Kenneth B. Miller, Dereck Miller, Wesley Boyer, Timothy Miller Jr., and Trey Miller; four granddaughters: Vicky Nguyen, Gina Nguyen, Desiree Miller, and Jessica Miller Schick; and six great-grandchildren: Kaitlyn Miller, Ethan Miller, Cameron Alayon, Andrew Alayon Jr., and Phillip Nguyen Jr.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Robert H. Miller Jr.

A memorial service was held July 3 at Lifespring Fellowship, Lititz, with Pastor John Knudson officiating.
