Clifford Leroy Leaman, 57, of Ephrata, passed away Sunday, Sept. 14, 2014, at his residence.
He was born in Goodville to Roy and Mildred (Martin) Leaman and was the husband of Stacie (Hersh) Leaman with whom he shared 24 years of marriage. The couple renewed their vows in 2012.
Clifford was a welder/machinist and most recently employed at Reading Equipment in Bowmansville. He served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. Clifford enjoyed riding motorcycles, cars and especially enjoyed spending time with his family.
In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by three sons: Chad, husband of Alanna (Stoltzfus) Leaman of Lititz: Brandon Leaman, companion of Alison Schickel of Ephrata; Justin Hersh at home; a granddaughter: Mckayla Leaman; three brothers: Curt Leaman, New Holland: Chet Leaman, Blue Ball; Cory, husband of Mary Leaman, East Earl; two sisters: Cynthia, wife of Doug Lorah of Leola; and Christine, wife of Rick Reifsnyder of New Holland.
He was preceded in death by a brother: Carl Leaman.
A viewing will be held Thursday, Sept. 18 from 5 to 7 p.m., at the Stradling Funeral Home, 201 Church Ave., Ephrata, followed by his funeral service at 7 p.m., with Chaplain Jeff Warner officiating. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
