William K. “Kenny” Crouse, 75, of Reinholds, passed away Thursday, April 20, 2017, at Manor Care in Sinking Spring.
He was born in Lancaster County to G. Atlee and Bessie M. (Weller) Crouse, and was the husband of Arlene D. (Witmer) Crouse, with whom he would have shared 55 years of marriage this coming June 9.
He was a member of Swamp Lutheran Church, Manor Golf Course, and Reinholds Lions Club for 50 years, and organized the annual golf tournament for the past 26 years. He was a Melvin P. Jones recipient; an avid outdoorsman; enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing, and trapping; and dearly loved his family.
William was a self-employed public accountant and also worked for Ross and Company in Denver.
William is survived by his wife: Arlene D. (Witmer) Crouse of Reinholds; son: William A. Crouse of Mifflinburg; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sisters: Shirley, wife of Loran Gensemer, of Reinholds; and Sally, wife of Robert Boyer, of Reinholds.
He was preceded in death by two brothers: John “Hermie” Crouse, G. Michael Crouse; and a sister: Mary Jean Stoltz.
Services were held April 25 at Roseboro Stradling Funeral Home, Denver, with Pastors Dennis L. Trout and Brad Haws officiating. Interment will take place in the Pleasant View Cemetery, Sinking Spring.
