Meda Ann (Kern) Groff, 79, Sinking Spring, Berks County, died Nov. 9, 2015, in Mifflin Center, Shillington.
She was born in Brecknock Township, Berks County, a daughter of the late Wayne A. and Nora E. (Seifrit) Kern. Her husband, Richard E. Groff, died Sept. 30, 1995.
A graduate of Gov. Mifflin High School and Bryland Beauty School, she was employed by Surgical Specialties. Meda attended Salem Evangelical and Reformed Church, Reamstown. She loved her dogs and flower gardening.
Surviving is a sister: Mildred Moyer; brothers: Robert and Eugene Kern; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services were held Nov. 16 at Good Funeral Home, Reamstown, with the Rev. Stephen E. Hollinger officiating. Burial was in Pleasant View Cemetery, Sinking Spring.
